SELBY TRIATHLON GYM CHALLENGE

We just thought we'd upload this to the site for a bit of fun. It is a really interesting gym challenge created by Daryl Selby.

The Rules:

The challenge has to be done in this order,

  1. Row 1km
  2. Bike 3km
  3. Run 2km

All from a standing start on the machine, including starting from 0 on the treadmill.

You are allowed 60 seconds in between exercises to allow for changing equipment and getting setup.

Record each time, and total them all up.

Enjoy the challenge and set yourself some personal goals!
